Reservations
Your holiday booking
starts at 4pm the Saturday of your arrival and finishes l0am the Saturday of your
departure, one week minimum (except out of season). To book please first phone
us or email to check latest availability and reserve your gîte.
Your
phone reservation will be held for ten days to allow time for your booking form
and non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental to arrive. Let us know if
unavoidable delays or your booking will be lost.
Your booking confirmation
will be sent by return post or email.
The balance is due at the latest
eight weeks before the start of your stay (see Terms and Conditions for cancellation
conditions).
There is a security charge of 150 € (or the equivalent in
the denomination of your choice) payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned
to you on your departure all being well.

Cash in euros, insured by the post office (we do not recommend this method)

- UK cheque in sterling (£12 handling charge. Please
phone for the exchange rate of the day)
- Euro cheques from other countries
receive heavy charges from the French banks. Any surcharges in France are the
responsibility of the client.
Insurance
Use of facilities
are at your own risk. You are advised to take out insurance to cover the eventuality
of cancellation, accident, loss etc.
Incidental Costs
The rental
price is inclusive of local taxes (such as tax d'habitation and taxe de Sejour)
and energy costs (electricity and gas) during July and August.
During other
months all electricity, gas and logs are charged at cost and are available on
site. Other incidental costs are:
- Washing machine inc. soap etc 5
€/load.
- Linen/towel hire. Bed linen: 12 €/single, 17 €/double.

Bath, hand towel and facecloth: 8 €/set.
Please reserve in advance.
Payable in cash on arrival.
End of stay cleaner. 45 €.
